Service Area
DVFS services REO properties in the entire state of Delaware, as well as Philadelphia, Chester and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania. Properties in NJ and MD are accepted on a case by case basis.
Our Team
DVFS is a family-owned organization whose principals are actively involved in the daily running of the company. The service team consists of a full-time field supervisor and crew members who service the properties on a daily basis. The number and size of the crews vary upon work flow. In addition, we utilize qualified and licensed electricians and carpenters who have chosen to partner with our organization.
